Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains what Vibeprey (operated by the "Operator") collects when you use the website, submit a URL, browse profiles, or call the agent discovery API. It should be read with the Terms of Service.

2. What we collect

• Submitted URLs and related crawl jobs when someone asks us to index a site.
• Public page content we are allowed to fetch (HTML text, metadata, structured data) and the structured business profile we extract from it.
• Usage and referral events such as profile views, outbound clicks through tracked links, agent searches, and similar product analytics.
• Technical data needed to run the service — for example IP address for rate limiting, timestamps, user-agent strings, and session cookies.
• Agent connection details if you register an agent endpoint (URL and protocol type).
• Payment-related data only when paid features are enabled (traffic boosts), processed by our payment provider (for example Whop). We do not store full card numbers on Vibeprey servers.

3. Why we use it

• Operate the crawl, extraction, publishing, and search index
• Show public profiles and let agents discover businesses
• Measure referrals and improve agent-readiness scoring
• Prevent abuse and keep the service reliable
• Process traffic boost payments when payments are turned on

4. Public listings

Published business profiles are public. They are meant to be found by people and by AI agents. Do not submit a site if you do not want selected public information from that site to appear in the index.

5. Processors and subprocessors

We use infrastructure and tools to run Vibeprey, which may include:

• Hosting and database providers (for example Railway / Postgres)
• LLM inference for extraction (Ollama Cloud), using page text you allowed us to crawl
• Product analytics (for example PostHog), when configured
• Payment providers (for example Whop), when payments are enabled

Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Cookies and similar tech

We may use cookies or local storage for session identifiers, rate limiting, and analytics. Essential cookies are required for the product to work. Analytics tools may set their own cookies when enabled.

7. Retention

We keep listing, crawl, and event data while it is needed to operate the index and for a reasonable period afterward for security, dispute, and backup purposes. You may request removal of a listing; we will remove or delist it where reasonably possible, subject to backups and legal retention needs.

8. Your choices

• Do not submit a URL you do not want indexed
• Block VibepreyBot in robots.txt or your firewall if you do not want crawls (we will not bypass that)
• Contact the Operator to request correction or removal of a listing we published

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law. Contact us to exercise them.

9. Children

Vibeprey is aimed at businesses and developers. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

10. Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version here. The "Last updated" date will change when we do.
