Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Vibeprey is operated by the person or entity that runs this service (the "Operator"). Vibeprey is a discovery index: businesses submit a public website URL; we crawl pages that robots.txt and firewalls allow; we publish a structured profile; AI agents can search that index.

2. Acceptance

By using Vibeprey — including submitting a website, browsing listings, or calling the agent API — you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Who is responsible for listed content

You (the business or person who submits a URL) remain solely responsible for your website and for any products, services, prices, claims, contact details, and other content that appear on it.

Vibeprey only republishes information derived from publicly reachable pages you allow crawlers to read. Profiles are an index of what was visible at crawl time — not an endorsement, verification of legal identity, or guarantee of accuracy, availability, or legality.

If information on your site is wrong, outdated, or unlawful, fix it on your website and submit again (or contact the Operator to request removal from the index).

4. Submitting a website

• You represent that you are allowed to submit the URL and that crawling public pages of that site is permitted.
• Vibeprey does not edit your robots.txt, DNS, firewall, or page content. If VibepreyBot or other crawlers are blocked, that is your configuration to change.
• We may refuse, delay, re-crawl, or remove any listing at our discretion.

5. Agents and third parties

AI agents and other third parties may search the public index and follow tracked links to your website. The Operator does not control those agents, their prompts, or what they do after leaving Vibeprey. Transactions, bookings, and payments that happen on your website are solely between you and your customer.

6. Payments

Listing is free and includes a visitor allowance. When payment features are enabled, Vibeprey may charge for extra discovery (traffic boosts). Checkout on your own website stays with you; Vibeprey does not take a cut of your origin-site GMV unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Payment processors (such as Whop, when configured) have their own terms.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Vibeprey to:

• Submit sites you do not control or are not authorized to list
• Abuse, overload, or probe the service (including scraping beyond published APIs in a harmful way)
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users
• Use the service for unlawful activity

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that crawls will succeed, that profiles will be complete, or that agents will send you business.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for disputes arising from your website content, agent behavior, or third-party services. The Operator's total liability for any claim relating to Vibeprey is limited to the fees you paid the Operator for the service in the three months before the claim (or zero if you paid nothing).

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will show a new "Last updated" date.
